How does Hostrexa integrate with my PMS?add
Hostrexa connects to your PMS via API. Once you provide your API key, we sync your properties and listen for incoming guest messages through webhooks. Setup takes under 5 minutes.
Will guests know they are talking to AI?add
No. Messages are sent from your account through your PMS, exactly as if you typed them yourself. Hostrexa drafts the reply and you approve it before sending.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?add
In Draft mode (the default), every response is held for your review before sending. You can edit, approve, or skip any draft. The AI only knows what you teach it through your knowledge base.
Can I customize the AI tone for different properties?add
Absolutely. You can create multiple AI Personas — each with its own tone, style, and response behavior — and assign them to different properties or regions.
What PMS platforms do you support?add
We currently support Hostfully, with Guesty, Hospitable, and OwnerRez coming soon. Use a different PMS? Request your integration and we will prioritize it.
Is my data secure?add
Yes. All PMS API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never store guest payment information. Your data is hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
Can I cancel anytime?add
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
